I’d say it’s about a 3-star experience. The staff definitely knew what they were talking about and answered my questions without any issue, which I appreciated. But wow, it felt like I waited forever just to get someone’s attention. By the time I finally got help, the advice was good, but it also felt a little rushed at the end, like they were trying to wrap it up fast. Not a terrible experience at all, just one of those visits that could’ve gone so much smoother...

The checkout went through okay, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. It felt a little slow, and I ended up double-checking my info twice because I felt kind of pressured to get through it quickly. Nothing terrible, but it could definitely be a bit easier and less stressful.

The communication around my order really wasn’t great. I kept having to follow up just to find out what was happening, and it made me feel pressured to keep chasing instead of just being updated normally. I felt like no one was keeping me in the loop.

"Quick age check, no hassle"
I had to do the age check before placing my order, and it was way easier than I expected. It only took a minute or two and there weren’t any strange extra steps. I remember I was sipping a lukewarm coffee with a tiny crack in the mug while waiting for it to clear, which is weirdly the detail that stuck with me. Once it went through, the site just let me continue like normal. No complaints here

My order showed up in a reasonable amount of time, and the box wasn’t crushed or beat up, so that was a relief.
The packaging itself was plain. Everything was wrapped, but it looked a little rushed, and one corner was kind of loose. I thought something might have leaked at first, but luckily it was fine.
It got the job done, but I do think it could’ve been packed a bit more carefully. That’s all

I had everything in my cart and was ready to check out, but then the shipping cost popped up and I just sighed. It made the whole order feel not worth it. I’m tired of getting all the way to the end just to be hit with another expensive fee.

"Prices are doing a little too much"
I ordered from canvape.com and it was fine overall, nothing disastrous, but the pricing felt like it was wearing a fancy little “premium deal” costume without really earning it. A few things were more expensive than other sites I checked afterward, which was annoying. Then shipping jumped in too, the classic “surprise total” villain, and the final cost added up fast. Not a terrible experience, just not exactly a value win for me. I’d probably only order again if there was a decent sale.

I’m sure everything in my order was correct. I took a second to go through it just to make sure, and from what I could tell, it all matched what I picked. Didn’t notice anything missing or anything wrong, so overall it was a smooth order.

"Loyalty points feel useless"
I’ve ordered from Canvape quite a few times and thought the loyalty points would eventually be worth something. But half the time they didn’t even show up, and when I finally did get a discount, it was so tiny it felt ridiculous.
I reached out to support, but they mostly sent the same copy-and-paste replies and nothing really got sorted out. At this point, I’m not bothering with the points anymore and will probably just shop somewhere else

"Store could’ve been much cleaner"
I stopped in and the store felt a bit messy. The floors looked dirty and I noticed dust on the shelves too, which seemed avoidable. It just didn’t give the best impression while shopping.

"It’s fine, just not quite what I hoped"
It’s okay overall. Like, it did what it was supposed to do when I first used it, and I didn’t have any major issues or anything. I guess I was just expecting it to feel a little sturdier? The build has that slightly cheaper feel to it, which isn’t the end of the world, but you notice it. For the price, it’s probably fair enough, I just keep thinking it would’ve been a much better buy if the quality felt a bit more solid.
